| Job Description | You will be leading product application of innovation and renovation activities; Expanding application of products; Maintaining and improving operations of application labs; Liaising with Marketing/Sales teams to identify market expectation, trends and opportunities and understanding customer requirements. |
| Qualifications | At least a Diploma in culinary related programs. Candidates with 1-2 years of R&D experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Must be skilled in baking. Passionate in culinary and keeness in understanding the science behind food and cooking. Able to conceptualize and study new ideas, then use new ideas to develop new applications for products. Able to document and write reports well, has good interpersonal skills with ability to lead activities. Demonstrate initiative, drive, resilience, resourceful and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team. |
