  • Prepare range of bakery items including breads, pies, cakes, cookies, dessert, chocolates & pastries.
  • Develops and present new products.
  • To train and develop the bakery team in all areas to achieve the desired standard.
  • Oversee & responsible for the overall pastry kitchen operation.
Qualifications - Minimum diploma in bakery, pastry or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity with established bakery shops or hotels.
- Creative, innovative & proactive.
