| Job Description | THE REVOLUTION IS BACK!! Rotiboy Bakeshoppe Sdn. Bhd. is hiring for Management Trainee for all it's outlets in Malaysia!! This would be a fantastic opportunity and an entry level position that includes the training you will need to become a manager for a established bakery chain stores.The Management Trainee Program is typically a 6 months training program in one of several of our stores located in the shopping malls. This is an exciting opportunity for you to apply knowledge in your area of focus in a bakery environment. The main objective of this program is to provide trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary within their discipline of focus to advance within the Company. All trainees will be required to complete a training report after 6 months of training.You will undergo an extensive on-the-job training programme along with the opportunity to learn through our various learning and development programmes. You will experience different phases of development assessment during the programme to ascertain your suitability and potential for your continued career growth within the Company. High performers who have shown great potential during their career with Rotiboy may have the opportunity to realise their aspiration further as Store Manager, Area Manager, or even Operation Manager. |
| Qualifications | 1. A student from MIB preferred.
2. Fresh graduates or those with 1 to 2 years working experience. 3. Mobile and willing to relocate within Malaysia. 4. Passionate about succeeding in your career and possess the desire to gain hands-on experience. |
