| Job Description | Ø To oversee and manage the daily operations of the entire R&D Department.Ø To keep abreast with the latest trends and development in food technology for implementation for new products in order to meet market demand.Ø To recommend new techniques, processes and equipments which would add values and improve the standards and quality of products.Ø To manage R&D budget, cost and resource allocation, involve in managing the project scheduling and reporting to the Management.Ø Product KPIs and review operational processes.Ø Accountable in the development of standard operating system (SOP) and manuals for new products.Ø To develop new recipe, perform menu tasting and improve formulations for existing products in order to optimize productivity and cost.Ø To ensure the compliance of departmental operations in accordance to the GMP, ISO22000, HACCP & HALAL requirements. Ø To provide leadership and guidance to the R&D team. Requirements:§ Minimum 5 years of experience in food manufacturing industry.§ Experience in paste and meat industry will be added advantage.§ Good records of project management with the ability to plan and execute projects on time effective manner.§ Strong leadership with good communication and good interpersonal skills.§ A high level of integrity, commitment and initiative.§ Good planning and resource management skills.§ Able to lead, manage, train, motivate team members and subordinates to achieve planned targets and procedures.§ Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.§ Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Warehouse/Inventory Management System.§ Strong planning skills in goods receiving and delivery.§ Able to work with all levels of people.

| Qualifications | § Degree in Chemistry or Food Technology.
