It also holds competitions, seminars and workshops on retailing and baking. | • | MIBC 2008 Exhibition is a specialized exhibition focusing on bakery & confectionery industries, incorporating baking raw materials, baking machineries & equipments, finished products, packaging materials & machineries, shop fittings & display equipments and marketing services as well as other food & beverage items. | | • | MIBC 2008 Challenge on the other hand is the highlight of this event. It is held in conjunction with the exhibition. Young talented chefs and bakers and newly licensed bakery retails get themselves involved in this challenge showing their best and creative showpiece. This event will also serve a platform for the industry owners and buyers to reach out to these up and coming talents. International known chefs are invited to judge the challenge competition. |
