Dr. Baker has a passion for fine taste. He has full hearted interest in baking. Putting these two together came out Dr. Baker, who not only bakes but carries this passion into everything he does.

A very meticulous baker – he can tell simply by tasting what is right and what is wrong. That’s why the book he penned became the best seller in 2004.

Dr. Baker, a qualified Bio-Chemical Engineer, from the National College of Food Technology, Reading University, UK, also holds a Masters in Management Science.

Travelling extensively at play & work, his work took him to AIB, U.S.A., Southampton University in the U.K., China Grain & Wheat Research Institute in Taiwan, and many exhibitions around the globe, not forgetting the numerous invitations to demonstrate articulated skills at work for National Television and road shows.

Instead of keeping all this to himself, Dr. Baker wants to reach out and share his valuable experience.
