Dr. Baker, a qualified Bio-Chemical Engineer, from the National College of Food Technology, Reading University, UK, also holds a Masters in Management Science. Travelling extensively at play & work, his work took him to AIB, U.S.A., Southampton University in the U.K., China Grain & Wheat Research Institute in Taiwan, and many exhibitions around the globe, not forgetting the numerous invitations to demonstrate articulated skills at work for National Television and road shows.
